How/Where To Use

Floodbloxs are a great alternative to the traditional sandbag as a flood barrier.
Therefore it can be substituted for a sandbag in many cases with the obvious advantages that will entail.

Before using Floodbloxs, they should be fully inflated by soaking in water for approximately 3 minutes. Floodbloxs can be used for the
following:

  • Blocking and deflecting water.
  • On door thresholds to prevent water ingress.
  • On paths and roads to block surface water run off.
  • To cover airbricks.
  • Stacked and pegged as a walled defence.

In all cases, the water level should never exceed two thirds of the height of the fully inflated bags. If the water level is higher than this, use several layers of Floodbloxs until the water level is below two thirds of the total height of the stacked flood wall defence.

Cannot be used for barrier against mortar rounds etc.
